ideal and absolutely great hotel, pleasant staff in night shift, everything was good. family room with dryer as well as bathroom. good and excellent location in a tourist area right by restaurants close by, kuala lumpur and getting connections.

This hotel has friendly staff, reliable internet, and a great location, plus we really enjoyed the Chinese food offered in the restaurant.

Ideal place overall, it is fairly clean, location is favourable close to rail link for batu caves. The staff are POLITE and pleasant. Thank you for a great stay.

The location was incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean. There were shopping centres and a market around the hotel. the units were neat and included a bathroom, dryer, and water heater, and the staff were very friendly.

We greatly enjoyed neat rooms and good food.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood. The prices were incredibly affordable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The rooms were thoughtfully designed with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a desk, and even hangers in the bathroom.

No concerns, everything was satisfactory.

The room was adequately clean and well-equipped with basic amenities such as a kettle, table, and chair. The location was pretty convenient for business travelers. It was easily accessible by public transport and had a bustling local market nearby, which made it easy to find food options quickly.

My stay was marred by the presence of small insects that crawled all over the room during my entire trip. the hotel staff did not remove the trash from my room, even though I stayed for three nights.

The location here was great, we could easily walk to the Market. 🚶‍♂️ the rooms were affordable, spacious, and had a private bathroom, which gave a cozy family-like feel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and the bedsheets were fresh, creating a cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the location was fantastic. Situated in a lively 'village' within the heart of the city, I was able to explore the local market and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

All in all, my stay was perfect and I couldn't find any faults with this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with my family. The room we stayed in was just the right size, not too big nor too small. The air conditioning was functioning well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic as it was just a short walk from the bus stops and we could easily go anywhere we wanted in the city. the hotel was also in close proximity to the Twin Tower and Chow Kit terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room were commendable. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower had hot and cold water. the hotel facilities were great value for money.
